Mukhyamantri Balak / Balika Bicycle Scheme

Breif Objective

The aim of the scheme is to provide cycles as an efficient means to reach schools. It is hoped that this will increase attendance and retention rates. 

Benefits to the Citizens

An amount of Rs. 2500/- is being provided to the students of class IXth for the purchase of bicycles

Eligibility

Class IX students enrolled in public schools

How to apply

Cycles will be provided by designate authority to all children who successfully enroll in the IX standard
