Apply for Survival Certificate

Survival Certificate contains the details of the surviving members of deceased person's family. The certificate is issued by the Revenue department.

How to apply

Citizen can apply for Survival Certificate in the respective SDM Office of Ambassa, Gandacherra, Kamalpur & Longtharai Valley.

The citizen can apply online in the eDistrict Portal also. For online application, visit: http://edistrict.tripura.gov.in/citizenRegistration.html?servApply=N

Documents required

• Common Application Form
• Affidavit from Ist Class Magistrate - Applicant is a Heir Legally
• Death Certificate of Deceased
• Ration Card Copy after Deletion of the Deceased Name
• Register of Ordinary Residents (ROR)
